FAQs (no fluff, just truth)

Can anyone do breathwork? Hell yes. Age, fitness level, experience—none of it matters.
(But if you’ve got medical concerns, check with your doc first. No heroics.)


How long is a session? Depends.

  • Quick hit: 30-45 minutes (for the time-crunched or newbies).

  • Full journey: 60-90 minutes (ideal for deep dives + post-breath debriefs).


Can I eat / drink before a session?

  • Food: Skip the buffet. A full belly = bad vibes. Give yourself 2+ hours to digest.

  • Drinks: Sip whatever, but easy on the caffeine (unless you wanna turbocharge your nervous system).


What should I wear? Think "comfy AF." Loose clothes > tight pants. (Save the corsets for your Bridgerton marathon.)

How will I feel after? Again, it depends. Could be zen as a monk or buzzing like a live wire. We’ll debrief so you don’t float away.

Corporate breathwork? Seriously?
